In a quiet area that's just one block off Commercial Street and Provincetown's East End, the ground floor cottage is within easy walking or biking distance of everything Provincetown has to offer: shopping, bars, restaurants, art galleries, Muscle Beach gym, etc.

Fully equipped and ideal for a couple, this 475 sq. ft. cottage has the following:
- Private ground floor entrance
- Full kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee-maker)
- Washer and Dryer
- Private patio and garden
- Reserved off-street parking (very important in high season)
- Cable TV, stereo, CD, DVD, VCR
- Linens, towels, cooking utensils and maid service upon departure
- Well-behaved dogs allowed (extra deposit required)

Mid Season
- May 25 to June 28 and September 4 to October 31
- excludes Woman's Week in October
High Season
- June 29 to September 3
- Weekly rentals only! (Saturday to Saturday)
Low season
- November 1 through 5/24
- excludes Thanksgiving)
Bring it on! We'll consider any pattern of dates.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
